This year was a fun xmas for me because I didn’t tell anyone what I wanted. Maybe that made it torturous for the givers to come up with items to give me that I’d like. Maybe I should have given them clues? But I didn’t and I was pleasantly surprised with what I got: super comfy pjs, a lovely bird feeder (a.k.a squirrel feeder!), gorgeous handmade necklace and even a handmade squirrel teapot cozy (i need to take pics of that one:-)

My brother-in-law’s girlfriend got me this book! It’s so funny and features a lot of my favorite blog posts from his site:-)

And Rey who knows me so well, got me this fabulous “Avengine Narwhal” Play Set!

What’s the best thing you got for the holidays?!

Since it’s the holidays, I basically work all day most of the evening and all weekend long so that I can get all of your cute stuff to you on time:-)

Tonight though, my person (toby) and I were listening to some music we recorded like a billion years ago and thought, HEY! Let’s re-record those songs!! So, I think tonight I’m going to take a “check the site every two seconds for orders and emails” break and venture into the basement where all of our music equipment is. I’m kinda nervous because it’s been YEARS since we played anything together but what the heck–it’s going to be kinda fun (and a little cute/romantic –i think anyways;-)

Maybe if it doesn’t completely bomb, I’ll post a recording in my blog! (I probably won’t actually but then again…maybe! ;-)

UDPATE: So, it turns out that I don’t really have a very good voice, haha;-)

The shop is really really chock-full-o-newness right now and I LOVE it. The thing is, I get a bunch of product submissions a day and well, it’s so hard to resist all the cute stuff! Today I got TWO fabulous submissions and I want to accept them both the but store is sooo full I’m having trouble keeping everything straight! Should I sell them both? I say YES! ;-)
