It’s the first time I use your website to order something, though I have been wandering on your website on a regular basis. I wanted to let you know that I find your way of doing things so personal, it’s a breath of fresh air in the online shopping department. :)
I never expected the note to be hand written and the Thank You note you left on the invoice is so sweet. I will buy again from you because I love the designs of everything in there. But to have such care taken in the handling of my order has actually made my day. Keep up the great work and thank you VERY much. I just bought the octopus field bag and it’s great! I have to agree. The care and attention that’s put into each shipment is refreshing. In this day and age, businesses are only concerned with making that extra $0.50 and getting you in and out as quick as they can. It’s nice having an online shop that’s caring enough to be personal with its clientele. And this site will always be successful for it.
