Stunning and Unique!

We are in love with this extremely detailed white bronze necklace hand-crafted by Heron Adornments! It features an anatomically correct heart locket which opens to reveal a totally detailed interior - amazing! The locket is held shut by the trunk of the Aorta, which acts as a snap.

The pendant hangs from the superior vena cava and left pulmonary vein from an 18" silver-toned chain. This is probably the coolest locket on the planet!

The artist cast this piece in gorgeous white bronze and it was made entirely by hand in Chicago, from start to finish.
