Creepy & Cute!

We are amazed at the awesomeness of this limited edition fine art print on wood by artist Kristen Tercek of Cuddly Rigor Mortis. (Seriously, we actually gasped when we saw how breathtaking these pieces were!) Her imagery is always vibrant, detailed, and unusual with a sense of creepiness mixed in and this piece is no different!

Title: Mono No Aware (which in japanese means "an empathy towards things")

About this Print: This wooden plaque is a reproduction of an original painting. It was originally created as a response to the tragedy in Japan, hence the name and imagery which features sakura blossoms. The image is printed with archival inks and is sealed onto a painted wooden backing with beveled edges making it look just like the original -- amazing!! The back of this piece has a heart shaped tag of authenticity and a hanger so it's ready to hang!
