We ship all in stock items in 1-2 business days so that you can get your goodies fast.

--> Order by 12/18 to get your items on time for 12/25! (Priority Shipping Only)
--> Order by 12/21 to get your items on time for 12/25! (Priority EXPRESS Only)
-- Priority Shipping takes 3-5 business days
-- FIrst Class/Standard takes 7-10 business days
-- Priority Express is available for all in stock items and takes 2 business days.
*Made to order items such as print to order T-shirts, custom rings by Chocolate and Steel and Vases by Dellamorte, will take longer to arrive and their deadline has passed. Please add the creation times listed in red on the item's page to the shipping time.
Express cannot be used on made-to-order items
--> Priority International Shipping takes 2-3 weeks to arrive and has tracking.
--> First Class International Shipping to Canada takes 3-5 weeks and does have tracking.
--> First Class International Shipping to the UK, Europe, and Australia takes 3-8 weeks and does NOT have tracking. We cannot guarantee delivery times on First Class Intl.
* Shana Logic is not responsible for orders held up in customs.
* You may have to pay additional import taxes and fees in your country that is not included in the shipping price.
* We cannot mark items as a "gift" unless it is being shipped to a recipient as it's against the law ;-)

USA Shipping Information
Shana (the owner of Shana Logic ;-) packs and ships all of the orders herself with her assistant (yay!). Most orders will ship within 2 business days.
Shana Logic ships using the United States Postal Service.
- First Class Shipping: 7-10 business days (FREE on orders over $50! cannot be combined with other promo codes)
- Priority Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
NOTE: Custom Made Items will take longer to arrive. You'll want to add the creation time (listed in red under the item description) to the transit time. (if the artist takes a week to make an item, you'll want to add a week to your ship time).
International Shipping Information
We've been shipping internationally for almost 10 years! Please read below to learn about our shipping policies.
Some of the international countries we ship to:
- New Zealand
We ship using the United States Postal Service.
- First Class Shipping: 4-6 WEEKS. This method has NO tracking and can sometimes take as long as 8 weeks to arrive (though rarely!)
- Priority International: 2-3 WEEKS. Includes tracking and insurance!
NOTE: Custom Made Items will take longer to arrive. You'll want to add the creation time (listed in red under the item description) to the transit time. (if the artist takes a week to make an item, you'll want to add a week to your ship time

**Please remember that your country may charge you extra duty and customs fees that Shana Logic is not responsible for. Each country is different so please make sure to consult your countries customs before ordering.
*IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR ENGLAND & UK SHOPPERS:
ShanaLogic.com will ship to England & the UK but please read: It has come to my attention that England has changed their customs laws, requiring additional duties and taxes on orders that might not have been charged before. Please make sure you are aware of these fees before you order.
Where is my order?
International shipping can be very slow. Especially in countries like Canada or France, your item can take up to 2 months to arrive. Most items arrive within 3 weeks of your ordering it. Please remember that items that are made to order will take even longer as you have to add that to the ship time.
*If your item has shipped and you haven't received it within 2 months please email us so we can try and find out some information for you.
Can I check my order status and tracking on your site?
Yes! Simply click on the "login" button at the top of the page and enter your email address and password. If you checked out as a guest, you will not be able to login.
I want to talk to someone about an order I placed--Who can help me?
