1. I hate computers and want to place my order over the phone.

Shana is more than happy to personally place your order for you! You call (734) 887-6022 and leave a message. Shana will call you back as soon as she can! Please remember that Shana is only one person who is also running Shana Logic, and that this number is not for general questions or sales calls. It is ONLY for ordering over the phone (pretty please??!)

2. I'm an international shopper. Can you ship to me?

25% of our shoppers are outside of the USA! We are more than happy to ship to you. Further down the page, you'll see more details about shipping internationally if you want to know more.

 

3. What Payment Methods Do you Accept?

We take paypal, and Visa and Mastercard. We do not take checks or debit cards.

5. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your package and the location it's being shipped to. On the cart page, you can calculate the shipping of your item(s)s BEFORE you check out so you can see the different shipping options!

*Shipping is FREE on orders over $50 in the USA - no code needed! (this offer cannot be combined with any other promotional codes)

 

6. What is your return/exchange policy?

We accept returns on most items*. If your item is in unused condition, you can send it back for a full refund or exchange it for another item/size within 30 days of receiving it. Just print out this return form and include it with your return or exchange.

*ShanaLogic is not responsible for shipping costs for returns, exchanges and/or edited orders.

Exceptions: We do NOT accept refunds on these items:
- Made to order Items (Forever Young Collection, made to order rings, altered jewelry made just for you)
- Makeup, hair extensions & undergarments
- Original and limited edition fine art
- Shipping fees (unless the mistake is on our end)
- Giftwrap (obviously;-)

General Shop Questions

Who runs this shop?
Shana Logic is run and owned by one person, which is part of the charm of shopping with us! All of the product photos, descriptions, emails and shipping are done by me, Shana (glad to meet you!). I also have a few awesome shipping rockstars who help me with the packing and customer service. I hope you LOVE every item you get and continue to shop with us!

What is "Indie Shopping" all about?
There are a lot of sites saying that they are "indie" these days. However, to me Indie Shopping means that you are buying from small independently owned businesses. By purchasing items at our store you're not only buying great stuff, but you're supporting my network of over 100 artists from around the world! They are paid fairly and treated with respect. They handcraft or personally design the products that we sell and run their small businesses independently of large chain stores. We work directly with them and avoid any distributors. We LOVE our artists and hope you do too!

Is your site secure?
Yes! Our site is on a secure encrypted server and your payment information will NOT be shared. Our site is totally safe and secure!

Why are so many items sold out?

Because all of our items are either handmade or designed and produced by small companies, many are one-of-a-kind or limited edition runs. On top of that, our artists make everything themselves or have limited stock because of the size of their business. We work really hard with our artists to try and keep as much in stock as we can but when items are not mass-produced, things can take longer to stock than at larger chain stores. Feel free to sign up for our product notifications so that you'll be the first to know when we get more of an item. (the signup link is on each sold out item's page.)

I saw an item I liked and now it's gone! How can I get it?
Because most of our items are limited edition or one-of-a-kind, items can sell out quickly! Many artists only do a limited run of certain pieces so we remove them from our site and they are gone for good.

However, if you are desperately in love with something, email us at:  theshop @ shanalogic.com and I'll see what I can do for you!

Why don't I just make the stuff you sell on your site myself?
The artists on Shana Logic are people who LOVE making fun, hip & cool items to share with the world. Maybe you will be a future crafter who sells on our site but for now, relax and let us do the sewing, gluing and painting for you!

Some of your items seem a bit pricey, why is that?
Shana Logic is all about supporting artists. Nothing on our site is mass produced at a large scale and the artists who make the items are paid fairly for their materials & their TIME. Everything you buy here is completely handmade with love and care, NOT quickly put together by a corporation so really, it's a bargain:-)

What types of payments are accepted?
We accept Paypal, and Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). We do not accept Checks, money orders or debit cards).

My country doesn't have paypal. Can I still order from your site?
If our credit card processor can successfully complete your online order than it's ok that you don't have Paypal.

Do you take money orders or checks?
Unfortuntately, we don't take money orders or checks at this time.

 

USA Shipping Information

How much will my item cost to ship?
Shipping & handling costs are based on the weight of your items and the cost of shipping through the United States Postal Service. If you'd like to know how much something will cost, simply put it in your cart and enter your postal code. Press "calculate shipping" button and the cost should accurately show up in your cart. The shop does not charge you until you confirm and complete your order so calculating shipping is totally safe:-)

We have FREE shipping on orders over $75!

How much time will it take for my item to arrive?
We are a small/teeny tiny shop but try to mail out all in stock items withi 1-3  business days of you placing your order. This does NOT include your ship time.

*All special order items will have a note in their description if they take longer to ship out or are shipped by the artist. Please make sure to make note of those as they may take longer to arrive.

What shipping method do you use?
We use the United States Postal Service.

What is the difference between Standard and priority shipping?
Standard Shipping (or 1st class shipping) takes 4-8 days to arrive and is shipped in a bubble envelope. Priority shipping will arrive within 1-3 days after we ship your item out.

*Please remember, once your package leaves our shop, the United States Postal Service may take another day or so than scheduled. This is rare but it DOES happen and it's impossible for us to control:-)

I'm in a rush and need my item quickly-- Can you ship it faster?
We can ship any IN STOCK items using 2 day shipping. Your item will arrive within 2 business days of your ordering it. **2 day shipping does not include any items that ship by the artist so we will not be able to process your order if you choose any of those items. Please only select items that ship by us. If you are unsure about the items you can select or want to talk to us about shipping the 2 day method, please email us and we'll get back to you pronto!

Where is my order?
If you created a password when you checked out, you can login to the site and check the status of your order to see if it shipped (your email address is your username and your password is what you created). You can also email: theshop (at) shanalogic (dot) com to find out where your order is as well.

*If your item has shipped and you never received it, please email us so we can send your tracking information to you.

One of the items I ordered is backordered. What about the rest of my goodies?
We will ship all of your items together when the backordered item is in stock again. If you don't wish to wait, we'd be happy to split your shipment for an additional shipping fee or refund your backordered item for you.

Can I check my order status and tracking on your site?
Yes! Simply click on the "login" button at the top of the page and enter your email address and password. That will take you to your order history. Also, if you add shanalogic@shanalogic.com to your address book, you'll receive a shipping notification the day your item ships.

 

International Shipping Information

*IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR ENGLAND & UK SHOPPERS:
ShanaLogic.com will ship to England & the UK but please read: It has come to my attention that England has changed their customs laws, requiring additional duties and taxes on orders that might not have been charged before. Please make sure you are aware of these fees before you order.

How much will my item cost to ship?

We charge based on the weight and size of your items. To find out how much shipping will be:
- Place the items you'd like into your cart
- Choose your country from the drop down menu at the bottom and select, "update cart."
- Choose from airmail letter (small packages) or airmail parcel and click "update cart."
Your shipping total will appear above on the right side.

All pricing is in USD.

**Please remember that your country may charge you extra duty and customs fees that Shana Logic is not responsible for. Each country is different so please make sure to consult your countries customs before ordering.

How much time will it take for my item to arrive?
Shipping internationally is very unpredictable so please remember that you are shipping at your own risk. We ship all packages USPS and it can take anywhere from 1-8 WEEKS to arrive depending on the shipping option you select! Most packages arrive within 3 weeks but due to customs and country postal services, we have no control over your mail system once it leaves our country. We do successfully ship a TON of international packages but some people end up waiting much longer than other people.


What is the method of shipping you use?
-The least expensive way to ship is International First Class. It can take anywhere from 7 days to 6 WEEKS to arrive. We highly recommend using international priority instead. It costs more but is faster and much more reliable.
- International priority is the best shipping to use, because it will arrive within 7-12 business days and provides a tracking number. It is MUCH more reliable than first class.

UK & FRANCE & ITALY Shoppers: Due to the issues we've had with first class mail not arriving into your country, we only ship using Priority International to the UK, FRANCE, and ITALY. Unfortunately, first class mail tended to get lost and there is no tracking on it. Priority international has tracking which is why we use it to ship to you.

Where is my order?
International shipping can be very slow. Especially in countries like Canada or France, your item can take up to 2 months to arrive. Most items arrive within 3 weeks of your ordering it. Please remember that items that are made to order will take even longer as you have to add that to the ship time.

*If your item has shipped and you haven't received it within 2 months please email us so we can try and find out some information for you.

My item was made just for me-- can I return it?
Sorry but no:-) The artist spent time and resources to make their items and if it's made just for you, we can't sell it to anyone else.

What is your privacy Policy?
We promise to NEVER sell your information to anyone! That includes your address, email, and phone. We only use those to contact you, we promise!

 

Selling at our shop

I'm an artist and want to sell at your shop. How do I do that?
Easy! Send an email to: theshop (at) shanalogic (dot) com. Please include your name, your shop URL OR photos of your items. Also include a list of the other online shops you are selling at. We are VERY full at the moment but are always looking for breakthrough artists to add to our network.

Remember, the shop artists are all organized by one person so we cannot email you back unless we are chosing your work.

I'm a store and want to wholesale from you. Can I?
